Our spray-in bedliner application is designed to outperform the factory coating in durability, appearance, and long-term protection. Unlike the factory process—which simply tapes off accessories, leaving bare metal behind tie-downs and often producing uneven tape lines around lights and switches—we take a far more thorough, detail-driven approach.
To ensure a truly seamless finish, all hardware and accessories are carefully removed prior to spraying. This allows the liner to coat every surface of the bed, including areas that are normally left exposed by factory liners. Once the liner is cured, the accessories are reinstalled cleanly and securely, giving the final product a factory-plus look with superior coverage and protection.
During preparation, every inch of the bed is sanded to create an ideal profile for maximum liner adhesion. After sanding, the surface is meticulously wiped clean to remove any dust, oils, or contaminants. All tape lines are double-checked to guarantee crisp edges and prevent overspray.

Factory bedliner options are often done with lower-cost formulations or thinner applications to save on materials and labor. The result often leads to less durable, thinner liners with poor adhesion. In comparison, our material is sprayed thicker and has a much higher polyurea content than factory. This equates to greater durability, abrasion resistance, and stronger adhesion.  In short, our liners deliver stronger real-world durability because they aren’t limited by the cost-cutting and speed constraints of factory production.
